Last week Jennifer talked about the Eastern philospohy of acceptance, which does NOT mean being a patsy or throwing in the towel, but is actually a key to developing a powerful life strategy. Tonight she'll be talking about another Eastern concept, that of emptiness. And no, that doesn't mean feeling that your life has no purpose or being depressed. Emptiness refers to letting all the junky thoughts that clog up our minds go, so that you free up valuable mental space and energy to focus on what really matters. It's yet another unique way of looking at life that is so prevalent in the East, and yet is so hard for us Westerners to fathom.
