Domonique Mitchell was born and raised in Elmhurst Queens NY, NY Domonique performed with Select Records Crew as a dancer from 1988-1991. This opportunity allowed him to work and be around some of the music industry's then leading hip-hop artists including KID-N-PLAY, SALT-N-PEPA, and many others.

This experience exposed him to acquire knowledge and gather unwritten street education only obtained through personal observations and experiences. This street knowledge and his art of persuasive communication garnered him the opportunity to serve with Many Superstars,.

As a manager at the World Infamous Club "Flavers" and the “Atrium” in Stone Mountain Georgia. He believed in a young DJ, “SWIZZ BEATS” as he would sneak him in the club at age 15 where he started Deejaying. Case closed, no need to say anymore, the rest is history!! Terry Bradley Jr., the owner, taught Domonique structure in the club business.

His talents were soon recognized by Marvin McIntyre, who mentored and taught Domonique how to develop groups
