Jesus Teaches Nicodemus

Here, we have a man named”Nicodemus”. He was a ruler of council for the Jews. He can to Jesus at night, which means he did not want other council members to hear what he was saying to Jesus. He called Jesus “Rabbi”, which means, “A religious teacher and person authorized to make decisions on issues of Jewish law.
Nicodemus was trying to understand who Jesus was and he was not sure. All he knew was that Jesus could not do miracles unless God was with Him, however, Jesus never discussed Himself nor did He try to explain how He was able to do the many miracles and wonders Nicodemus observed or heard about Him doing. In fact, Jesus went on to tell Nicodemus that “He Must Be Born Again!” But Nicodemus was very confused because he could not understand how a man of his age and statue could be reborn again. Did he have to re-enter him mother’s womb and be born?
