She began her music career in an all-girl singing group called Rhapsody. Later, she would lend her vocal talents to KEI, a group that was signed with Atlantic Records. Eboni has performed with renowned artists such as Mos Def, Will Smith, Salt-n-Pepa, dancehall queen Patra, Dwayne Wiggins of Toni, Tony, Tone and was part of the off-Broadway musical, "Ain't Misbehavin," directed by the legendary Neal Tate.
