Darlene has an undergraduate degree in Communications from DePaul University in Chicago and is presently studying for her Masters of Divinity at Shaw University. Mrs. Thorne serves as an elder at Raleigh North Christian Center in Raleigh where her pastor is Dr. Jeffrey Chapman. Darlene and her husband Kevin reside in Clayton, NC where they are raising their two world changer teenagers, Kevin, II and Kennedy Elayne.
