Host Ivory Simone is joined by the President of the Siam Military Lodge #30, a fraternal order of the Prince Hall Black Freemasonry, with 4500 lodges worldwide and over 300,000 members, to discuss their Black History month gala affair. The theme of the event is "African Americans and The Civil War". It will be held on February 26, 2011, 7:00 p.m. (black-tie optional) at the Conrad Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The new U.S. Ambassador to Thailand, Kristie Kenney, is expected to make opening remarks. Siam Lodge President, Worshipful Master David Anderson, an engineer with Solvay Peroxythai, will discuss the proud heritage of the Black Freemasonry both in the United States and in Thailand. "This is the perfect show to tune into as we head toward Black History Month," said Ms. Simone.
