Gloria Dotson-Lewis is a married mother of three who was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. She started by mentoring her daughter and a group of her friends out of her home. During that time Gloria would write two published young adult fiction novels (Ninety-Nine Problems & You Got Me Twisted) in an effort entertain and educated youth about serious topics effecting their generation.
In 2018 she started" Distinctively Me", a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the social and emotional development and leadership capacities of girls 13-19 yrs of age in underserved communities through means of creativity, conversation and education.
