Your goal to get healthier by losing weight doesn't have to be a stress-all-day, time consuming project. In fact, stress is a leading factor in causing people to overeat. Focusing so hard on not eating tends to cause us to eat more, so we stress about the fact that we're eating, but we shouldn't be eating and thus, the vicious cycle begins.
