But the fact remains, talking about losing weight is far easier than doing it. As long as the number of overweight adults is high, losing weight will be at the top of the list of New Year's goals. So how does one go about setting reasonable goals? Even more to the point, how can we stick to our plan long enough to achieve them? Losing weight is not easy.
