What is it like growing up a black woman in the world today? Many of us feel bigotry, racism, prejudice is a thing of the past. After all, didn't we win this fight years ago when Martin Luther King made his famous walk to the White House?

Our special guest E. Joyce Moore is a writer of non-fiction and fiction, Author of 'SHIPS -- to be published in 2011 by All Things That Matter Press -- and an award winning book of poetry, Ramblings Through the Attic of Thought. She has written several children's books which she looks forward to having published and is currently working on a screenplay and two novels. Joyce is also an advocate for the arts and a fine art curator.
