Our guest today is Deborah Washington is the Director of Diversity Patient Care Services. She is the recipient of several awards including National Finalist and Nurse of the Year for Advancing and Leading the Profession, awarded by Nursing Spectrum in 2007. Deborah holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing from Boston University and Boston College, respectively.
