Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have changed. We think you'll like them better this way.
We recognize that difficult conversations (around age, race, class, sex, homophobia, even life experiences) keep people from authentically engaging one another. We believe that engagement is a byproduct of wellness. Communication allows us to be the expert of our own life experiences which also garners the support needed in getting us to a place of wellness in relationship building.
Join us this Sunday, June 9th, at 1pm, as well further explore the power of communication and how can vulnerability assist us in being authentic communicators. We will have special guest, Dymir F. Arthur, who just recently published a powerful article titled, "Love Me When It Hurts."
