Fighting For Justice Team Shelby With Guest Jessica Yeager

My daughter Shelby Marie Gurganus and I are victims of a political nightmare. My parental rights were terminated on December 6, 2016, although, I completed all tasks asked of me from CPS, The Courts, Child Advocates, and All Parties involved in my case. I was denied a continuance on my trial and I was denied a trial by jury. I was forced to have a trial by Judge John Phillips. All parties involved said it would be detrimental to my daughter Shelby Marie to break the bond between my daughter and I since I completed all tasks asked of me, live an alchol and drug free life, and Judge John Phillips still terminated me
