Leela is the creator of the 5 Stages of VividExistence, a vitalizing somatic system of sensual awakening, energy expanding and dynamically liberating expressiveness. She has developed powerful products and events that guide participants on a rich and wonderful journey of embodiment and back home to a radiant sense of self.
