TODAY on “Inside Out LIVE! With Traci S. Campbell”:  Meet veteran actress, Mary McDonough who enjoyed 11 years on the hit TV show “The Waltons”. She is now a successful life coach, author, and advocate for women’s health, taking her message all the way to Congress.  She shares with us her own battle with body image issues and Lupus.  Her book, “Lessons From The Mountain, What I Learned From Erin Walton” is a best seller and gives not only behind the scenes accounts of her memories on the set of “The Waltons”, but also gives advice and inspiration to women dealing with self-esteem, body image, or health challenges.

In our Beauty In/Beauty Out segment, meet K-Frank. Born in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Area he has gathered his experiences from traveling the world to living in multiple cities such as Houston, Los Angeles and New York City.
At the ripe age of 24 he already has dedicated 9 years to his crafts and looks to solidify his name as a solid voice and valued perspective.
