Statement for Milton !!! 

Innersight and the Suffolk Independent Living Organization (SILO) urge the congress of the United States to celebrate  national guide dog month by passing a law in honor of Milton (the guide dog that was killed last year July 23rd 2022 at the guide dog foundation in New York ). A law that will license and regulate all service dog schools to serve as a protection for the dog and the disabled individual. Please note that we have a petition of 75k strong that also want the schools to be licensed and regulated. Please see link below . Thank you !
