The book: Shortcuts to a Life that Doesn’t Suck shows you how to find meaning in your life quickly and easily—regardless of why your missing it. It introduces you to an understanding of higher consciousness and gives you shortcuts to experience results quickly and simply in your daily life. Maybe you feel unsatisfied or taken for granted. Or depressed, angry, ripped off, unlucky, or lonely. Even if your life isn’t a wreck, most people settle for mediocrity. Guests are co-authors Amity Carriere and Karen Kelliher. Amity Carriere is gifted with the ability to understand complex concepts. Over the years she developed a fierce habit of self-reflection and committed herself to self-development. In her careers–cosmetology, nursing, sales, training, small business owner, speaker and yoga instructor– has the ability to communicate easily. Her passion is to encourage and empower people to seek deeper understanding of themselves and others.

Karen Kelliher  is a passionate advocate of how changing your thoughts will change your life. She truly believes that anyone can ask, believe, act, and receive to create the life of their dreams. Together, Karen and Amity make the perfect team to offer their insights in “shortcut form” to people open to experiencing life in a new way. Both authors have a Bachelor degree in Nursing. Both are mothers and wives. Both are able to speak publicly with ease. They have counseled co-workers, friends and family to better lives.
