Jennifer Wichard is a designer of change. She is a Freedom Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive, Clairaudient, Channel and co-founder of Zententions. Jennifer was involved in residential home sales, construction and interior design for over fifteen years, but when she decided to reassess and reevaluate her life, she decided her foundation as an individual required a full excavation. The renovation of Jennifer’s life was a project that took on a very different ‘look’ than she could have ever imagined. For most of her life, Jennifer lived with depression, eating disorders, paralyzing fears, stress induced health issues, suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts dating back to her teen years. During our show, Jennifer will discuss how she was blessed with a panic attack that mimicked a stroke which then triggered off a profound shift in her thinking. She will share the details of what prompted her full recovery, the conscious re-design of every facet of her life, the awakening she refers to as “The Freedom to Be” and her commitment to empower others to achieve inner freedom. As a freedom Coach, her main focus is to empower individuals of all ages to heal their inner child and live purposeful lives that are free from hindering beliefs. Loving each facet of her life including devoted mother to her four sons and compassionate lover of all living creatures, Jennifer Wichard is mindful of her roles as change maker, child of Mother Earth and grateful contributor to our collective consciousness. Her daily practices include youth and adult mentorship, meditation, Reiki, vegetarianism and participating in outdoor activities that bring her closest to Mother Earth. As co-owner of Zententions, Jennifer facilitates empowerment workshops, Reiki and guided meditation healing circles, Empowerment Coaching, Reiki certification training and group excursions for likeminded individuals to expand, connect and co-create.
