An Evening with Norio Hayakawa

In Focus Paranormal Talk Radio welcomes Norio Hayakawa on March 7, 2009. Hayakawa was formerly the director of the government watchdog group Civilian Intelligence Network (CIN). Civilian Intelligence Network, established in 1988, served as an independent network of investigative researchers and intelligence gatherers whose primary focus, over the past two decades, was on the government's operating location near Groom Lake, Nevada, commonly known as Area 51, as well as researching the US Government's various additional "black budget" programs. Mr. Hayakawa is a frequent guest in the media and on the lecture circuit. He resides in New Mexico.
