Dr. Grimes was ordained into the ministry in 2001, and has served in many capacities in the church, including praise and worship leader, Bible teacher, preacher, ministry leader, and Associate Pastor. As founder of Sarah’s Daughters Ministries, she is frequently called upon to lead workshops for Christian women on topics such as marriage, emotional well-being, and recovery from emotional and physical trauma. Her book, Sarah’s Daughters, focuses on fertility and fruitfulness from a Biblical perspective. Dr. Grimes and her husband, Rev. Clarence Grimes, Jr., are members of Shiloh Baptist Church in New Rochelle, New York, where Rev. DeQuincy M. Hentz is the Pastor. They are the proud parents of two children and have one grandchild.
