Hello Everyone! Welcome to The Darker Side Of Romance! Tonight DS Host Author Ronda Caudill has the opportunity to chat with Paranormal Romance Author Jacci DeVera! (Dark Hollows Press).

About the Author:  Jacci DeVera proudly lives in the southern Appalachians. Her favorite sports are writing, sprint writing, and extreme epic writing. Other things she looks forward to are napping, cats, cookies, myths, wolves, and things that shift after dark. The one hard and fast rule she has is a happy ending. She's thrilled with the direction writing, and particularly romance, has taken in recent years with genre lines blurring, so her love of fantasy, paranormal, and historicals can intermingle without concern for intolerance. Jacci also displays geek-like tendencies in astronomy, sci-fi, and paranormal investigation, with a minor in tabletop gaming. She maintains a day job to help fund her writing habit, and longs for the day when she can fulfill her dream of living in a Scottish castle with electricity and central heating and air.

She has two delightful, independent, and very-teenage daughters who alternate between blindsiding her with non-fictional drama, and keeping the house from falling apart while she works. Plus an encouraging husband of more than twenty years who doesn't mind attending romance conventions. The journey is as important as the destination itself. Sometimes more so. Stories are found everywhere if we simply listen.
