Lisa Reinhardt is the CEO and chocolatier of Wei of Chocolate, a company that makes organic, fair trade, and vegan dark chocolates. Although she comes from a small town in America, Lisa's journey to chocolate came through her travels to Paris and Asia. Along the way, she experienced deeply the benefits and joys of meditation, living in a cave, spending months in retreat and studying and practicing the wisdom traditions of Nepal, India and Tibet for 11 years. When she returned, she was looking for a way to bring the East to the West, and when she experienced the herb- and spice-infused chocolate that Lotus Wei sister Katie Hess created for tea cerimonies and meditation circles, Wei of Choclate was born in 2007.
