Many of you are impeccable with your diet, your exercise, your supplements, and your medical treatents.

Have you ever considered that living in an environmentally unhealthy home can affect your own personal health?
...
Did you know that your indoor air is often far more polluted than the outdoor air you breathe?

Do you know why?

This session will give a broad overview on contaminate sources that contribute to poor indoor air/environmental quality issues using real world examples. Many of these things have probably been right under your nose all along – literally! We will then give you tools and tricks for improving your indoor air/environmental quality to take with you and apply to your own situation immediately.

Stacey Champion has worked as an indoor air/environmental quality expert for nearly 10 years and has been doing the "green" thing for most of her life.

She is well known in her industry for her passionate enthusiasm for healthy homes and buildings, a published writer and national speaker.

Though she still takes referral and expert projects for Champion Indoors, the new focus is to assist other companies in "walking their talk," as many PR and marketing firms who've taken on the green industry only know the buzz words and not the whole burrito. Stacey also likes burritos.

Champion PR + Consulting is a woman-owned firm and can aid and abet both locally and nationally.

When she is not consumed by her passions, Stacey can be found frolicking with her children Zoe & Zane, welding functional art or writing.
