As the growing conversation in Washington D.C. continues to be the lack of job growth and the unemployment rate, what exactly are we saying? Are we saying that the President and/or Congress needs to do something so we can get  jobs? In the black community is has been cited that we have the highest unemployment in 27 years. How did we get here? What happened to the jobs? Where are the jobs? How are you holding up? How do we dig out? Miz Justice has a few theories and a few ideas. Join her as she has her guest Vernard Alexander, CEO of the Minority Networking Exchange, give honest feedback and answers as to why we are REALLY not progressing and why many will remain unemployed no matter what the government does. If you are employed, unemployed, or entrepreneur, call in and let us hear your voice. It's time to lead. i.Lead Radio!
