Former Strikforce fighter, Stinson (27-9) signed a four-fight deal in December 2013 with World Series of Fighting and made his promotional debut at World Series of Fighting 8 against Valdir Araujo ending the fight with a TKO via punches in the third round and walking out of the cage with the W. Tyler fights out of Grudge Training Center in Denver, CO coached by Trevor Whittman.
