Dean's background is in High school Education, and completed a Masters programme in the UK in 2011, where he conducted a pre. post and follow up study in a high school, with both staff and pupils using the Three Principles as his basis. The study revealed highly significant results in psychological well-being (17%) and happiness (28%), using the Friedman Well-Being Scale (California). Dean trained in the Three Principles with the eminent Dr Roger Mills from the Center for Sustainable Change in California
