This week on IC4TS Mark chats with Julian Fraser General Manager of the Tikun Centre in London.

Julian Fraser was a 3 Principles practioner who weighed 20 stone, was terrifically out of shape, unfit, and had no clue that the key to good health was literally a thought away. Once he saw a fresh insight into the role of thought and how it was playing out for him with food and exercise his entire experience of life and his appearance changed - effortlessly! In 1 year he

lost over 8 stone/ 110 pounds/ 50 kilos and ran several half marathons. Using his experience as a metaphor he shares with others how this simple understanding of the role of thought is available to everyone in any circumstance. Julian has personally enjoyed many life changing experiences as a result of his involvement with the 3 principles. In 2006 alongside Rabbi Shaul Rosenblatt, he helped form Tikun and establish it as a focus for sharing wisdom and wellbeing to the Jewish and wider community. Julian was involved at the start of Tikun's journey to making the 3 principles an integral part of its wellbeing programmes, and has been learning, training and sharing his understanding for the past 7 years, graduating in that time from the 3 Principles Professional Institute. He is Tikun’s General Manager where he splits his time between teaching programmes and operational requirements. Julian is married to Jo and they have 5 beautiful children together....
