Joyce Pleasant is a Master's level Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. (LICDC). She is also the Executive Director of Pleasant People Inc. This agency was founded by Joyce and her now deceased husband Stedman   This agency offers trainings to those who are interested in becoming licensed in the chemical dependency field.
