Hypo- Plastic Hearts

Hypo Plastic Hearts Ireland is created by The Heart of a Child Fund who are currently based in Donegal, Ireland. The Fund is a small voluntary organisation who's main aims are to create awareness of a serious heart condition called Hypo-plastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and provide support to those directly affected by this condition. This avenue was created to allow our members and parents to connect and share their experiences and much needed skills to other parents and the public. HLHS is a real and sadly often fatal condition. We need your hearts to help our children heal.
