#34: Baseball Stuff & A Little Football Talk

To open the show, the guys talk about the outgoing NFBC Baseball prize checks. Kudos to the CDM guys in St. Louis for the quick turnaround! They move onto the World Series game from alast night, and Darik tries to theorize about Verlander's success in the second halves of last 3 years (Upton!). We visit the first couple rounds of the annual NFBC Premature Draft (always our first one) and make a few comments and talk strategy. When they move on to football, they talk Ravens and Dolphins injuries. Darik drops a Jay Ajayi prediction, and Tom actaully agrees with it. Finally, the guys lament on the absence of good free agent pickups, and touch on a few things NBA. Point-spread Thursday in tomorrow!
