Making "cents" of the new light bulb standards

Jane's book details which incandescent light bulbs have been phased out over the past couple years and what light bulbs replace them. Jane offers tips on what are the right type of light bulbs to use throughout the house, whether compact fluorescent or L E D, and when not to use them.
