The House of YisraEL of Cincinnati was started by Mowreh Elesha YisraEL in 1968, and was established by YAHWEH. Mowreh Elesha magnified YAHWEH and his laws, and became the foremost influential leader of the House of YisraEL especially in Cincinnati, OH.

   The Most High YAH revealed to Mowreh Elesha in 1993 to begin to Restore the Sacred Laws of YAHWEH! So the First Restoration of the Sacred Laws of the Most High Conference began in Atlanta, GA in the 1994 with Mowreh Hermon Taylor, Mowreh IshiYAH YisraEl, Mowreh Yehoshua YisraEL and Mowreh Tahreh Yisrael. YAH gave his servants the mission to Magnify the Law and make it Honorable. YAH also commanded his people to gather ourselves together, to seek YAH, seek meekness, and to seek righteousness!

Therefore, YAH gave Mowreh Elesha the revelation to Gather all of YisraEL who would heed the call to convene in Washington D.C. to Proclaim YAH is our Elohim and that we are the Children of YisraEL! In 2004 The World Ingathering of the Children of YisraEL fulfilled that vision.
