BIOGRAPHY

Soulful harmonies and melodic tones are a few expressions used to describe the St. Louis, Missouri native known as Greg Tellis, but to fans he’s known as "G". Being that the 25 year old has been captivating audiences musically all his life, you can guest from the outcome of his work. "Music is an inspiration; a craft that has to be built" he states and he’s doing so in his upcoming album "Guilty Thoughts". While his edgy titles will have you on your feet, his passionate love songs will leave you wanting more.

Born Gregory Walter-Eugene Tellis, November 25, 1986 his mother blessed him with musical gift and made sure he was surrounded by it. From Elementary school to attending college at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, he practiced the fundamentals of percussion and piano, taking it a step further with his vocal ability.

From talent shows, music showcases, halftime shows, etc. he knows how to please a crowds from ten to ten-thousand. He has opened for numerous national acts such as: Bobby Valentino, Avant, Da Brat, Waka Flaka, 8 Ball, Trina, Jerimih, Pleasure P, and recently Young Jeezy, just to name a few. In addition, he has performed on stage along side fellow musicians during The Beats’ Summer Jam3 Concert. He was also a finalist on the DTP Madness competition held at the Loft in St. Louis in 2009. He has written for, collaborated with and produced music for a number of artists in and around the St. Louis region and has a natural ability to add flare to any song on which his voice graces.
