My mentally challegend daughter, 14, was beaten, raped, seen an officer shot and a girl shot in the head while in the care of the State of Delaware.  She was shakled and chained like an animal while transported to another facility and Governor Markell & other Political officials have nothing to say about it.

Doyne Harris I, bailiff at Kent County Family Court needs to be removed from his position.  He was neglegent in having porongraphy on his television that minors were able to access freely.

Gretchen C. Gilchrist, Sean Lynn, All Judges who recsued themselves and Director of Operations all should be held accountable for not upholding the rule of law against the (JA).  If it was a private citizen the police who have been opened up an investagation.
