Delaware's Governor Jack Markell's retalition against me

Governor Jack Markell still is refusing to contact myself and Gretchen C. Gilchrist other client regarding our complaints and evidence provided proving Ms. Gilchrist lied on her Board and Commissions application, as well as not qualified for the position based on evidence submitted.

Governor Markell's Chief of Staff, Drewry Fennell emailed me regrding my mentally challenged daughter, 14 case mishandlings and Voter Registration Card she receieved after entering into States custody.

Trene Parker, Deputy Director of DCYFS of State of DE contacted me on 11/3/16 regarding Mia's case handling by her staff at DFS.
