What's creating the generation gap and how do we get it right? ....We are back and ready to overcome some things with great solutions and by having an open dialog about the problems that we feel are over taking our community we seek change...The show topic...We want to explore what is going on in so many homes, schools, families, churches, and communities...the Generation Gap- a lack of communication between one generation and another, esp. between young people and their parents, brought about by differences of tastes, values, outlook, etc.... Dr Cornell West said that it is cause by the younger people's blatant disrespect and feeling that they can't talk to someone older about whatever is going on in their lives without getting in trouble or getting looked down upon....and the older people's lack of wanting to understand and connect with these younger versions of themselves, maybe feeling like their wisdom won't be appreciated...We will try a figure out how to fill that gap with all the things that both generation really need to survive and get better...Thank you for listening and supporting!!
