When people ask, “what makes a successful artist in the music
business?” The one word that seems to always come to mind is
individuality. (A person with individual and or distinct character)
Brian Mills, better known by his stage name, Easy Mills, by far
exceeds the nature of this title as a hip hop artist. Born on August
24, 1982 this Queens NY native began honing his musical talent at a
young age. Easy was influenced by such artists as LL Cool J, Busta
Rhymes & Big L. Seeing that Easy is of Jamaican decent, he is
naturally influenced by reggae music and the culture as a whole.
Incorporating seamless melodies with a hard hitting lyrical approach
he is definitely an artist on the rise. “I believe that melodies and
harmonies carry feelings behind them.”

Easy relocated to Miami Fl in late 2007’ to seriously pursue his
career as an artist. To create momentum he incorporated an indie label
called, “Hungry Boy Entertainment.” Easy began to work with various
artists while performing at numerous events and locations to gain more
exposure. 2 mix tapes and 1 album successfully completed with over
4,000 independent units sold, Easy and his partners were given the
opportunity to go on tour in Texas with other independent acts to open
up for mainstream recording artist Slim Thugg. Now residing in Orlando
Fl, Easy Mills is currently working on his solo debut mix tape/album
appropriately entitled “The Light Bearer”. More focused and hungrier
than ever, Easy is dedicated and driven to be a stand out figure in
the music industry. Easy Mills -‘’Hungry for everything, starving for
nothing.”
