The Role of Women in the Church

Does the Bible forbid women to be Pastors, Elders, Bishops, Apostles, etc. in the church? What does the Bible teach about women who co-pastor alongside their husbands? Is it ok for women to lead/teach over men in the church if the Pastor gives them permission to do so?

If women like Deborah ruled over men in the OT, why can't women do so in the church today?
