State courts are giving authority to court personnel over quality of life decisions, through statutes which allow them to override guardianship of elderly, disabled, and children. Courts remove family members in medical kidnapping cases regarding both physical and mental health, and in rogue child removal cases with abridgment or termination of parental rights. Why doesn’t the Supreme Court of the United States hear any cases about the thousands of parents and children whose rights to due process and equal protection have been trampled? How can this be happening in the United States of America?
