S.C. Declares Obama Care "Null and Void"

The S.C. State House says Obama's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is illegal. The S.C. House declares the act, better known as Obama Care, "Null and Void" and criminalizes its implementation. 

Attorney general Eric Holder to Kansas Governor Sam Brownback: Obama administration considers state attempts to protect Second Admendment "unconstitutional" and federal agents will "continue to execute their duties regardless of state statutes to the contrary".
