Reporter on Scene :Corey Waldschmidt Cory has stated that one person has been transported to the hospital .
 One Witness who wanted to stay anonymous stated that he noticed a 90's silver 4 door car fleeing the scene after the shots was fired .   There was a count of 6 to 7 muzzle blasts seen from witnesses /
