It's a confusing world out there with so many diets and experts claiming their kale beats your kale! Debates over organic, vegan, vegetarian, and  traditional diets. The minefield of experts is mind boggling as well. Naturopaths, Homeopaths, Dieticians, Nutritionists- who has the information?

Marce Spence is a graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, receiving the Certificate of Merit and also the Award for Excellence. She is also a Certified Wellness and Nutrition Consultant, and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Marce has always been passionate about good health. From her years as an athlete to just being fit for the health of it, she loves the feeling of sharing with others what she has learned along the way.
“I have gained wisdom through trial and error and have finally realized what works for me and what my body needs. We are all biochemically unique. It takes time to figure out what works best.”

During a 5 year stay in the US, March earned her 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae kwon do and became an instructor at a Black Belt Academy and at the University of Nebraska.
Marce has also completed the New York City and Boston marathons.
As an athlete, Marce understands that training is important but fueling the body properly is imperative for optimal performance. With her long experience in fitness and athletics and her recent designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Marce feels the best way she can guide people to live their healthiest life is through food. Exercise
is very important but hard for a lot of people to do, but everyone has to eat!
