The meditations should be done while you stand in or near a body of water. If you do not live near a body of water, or are doing the meditation indoors, then it can be done with a bowl of water. Place a clear quartz, imperial topaz, or other crystal of your choice (clear it energetically first) in the water. The water and crystal can later be taken and placed into a larger body of water - to then merge with all the water of planet earth. The crystal will assist in anchoring and maintaining the energy. These meditations are done with visualization and intention.
