Pour on the Salt, Turn on the Light!

There is a saying that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.  It is especially true for those in the Body of Christ.   In a society that teaches us to be self-absorbed, materialistic and indifferent to the human condition, we, as Christians,are called to be salt and light in the earth and to impact the lives of others for His glory (Matthew 5:13-14).  The question is, are we accepting the call?  Does our walk match our talk?  Each one of us has been blessed with time, talents and treasure that, even in the smallest measure, can make a big impact in the world and in the lives of individuals.
