They won six championships in eight years, had greatest single season of all-time and were led by the best player of his generation, if not all-time, and so on. But who was the second-best team in the decade? Who would've dominated the 90s if not for Jordan and the Bulls? Who's a team that doesn't get enough credit for being great throughout the decade?
