As a Hip Hop Analyst, she has become an expert at investigating the trends and behaviors of the community and delivering programming that solves the issues that surrounds what she has coined the ‘Hip Hop Dilemma’, the common distasteful physical, emotional and/or mental experience that negatively impacts individuals who are involved in or come in contact with the culture.
