The Power of Black Women in Defining, Protecting and Perpetuating the African Way of Life

Consistent with Dr. Woodson’s desire that our history – Black History -- be a source of inspiration and power every day, every month, every year, in every African life, HC Live & Direct will include various historical themes among the topics we cover each month. With March being known as Women’s History Month, we are giving special focus to the tender love, fierce determination and steadfast diligence of Black women (known and little-known) in defining, protecting and perpetuating the African way of life, and the roles they have played (are playing) in resisting the oppression of our life, liberty, and well-being throughout the World African Community.
