When asked what inspires her, Nina Christmas replies by saying "I have a reoccurring dream that shows me speaking to a gathering of hundreds of individuals. There is no audio, yet a great deal of emotion is visible in the crowd. My destiny is to reach people all over the world and fill them with emotion." Nina has been a cosmetologist for seven years. Through her work, she has been able to reach people from all walks of life and in addition to exceptional service, they were able to receive a true sense of themselves. Her long term goal, through a xenophilic approach, is to show individuals how great they are and how great the will become. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Nina Christmas began working at her aunts salon at the age of ten, answering phones and shampooing clients. She worked as an assistant for her aunt until the age of eighteen. After completing high school, she began training to become a cosmetologist at the Pivot Point International School of Cosmetology. She began her professional career in Atlanta, Georgia while obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Marketing at Clark Atlanta University. Later, Nina became a Cosmetology Instructor in Georgia and in Illinois. Her adventures throughout the hair inidustries of Chicago and Atlanta have afforded her the opportunity to converse with individuals of diverse gender, race, age, and social status. She has been able to help those she speaks with make sense of otherwise senseless situations. That is what encouraged her to be a motivational speaker, healing minds that have been abused, jaded, improperly assimilated or those that just need alignment. She has a true gift of positively encouraging and motivating others to strive to reach their full potential.
