Frank was born in Louisville, Kentucky, Wife Cathy of 33 years is a “native daughter” of Arizona, born in Tucson (Frank and Cathy met in 1978 when they were both police officers!). Frank and Cathy are parents of three adult children, two of whom are ASU graduates, and grandparents twice over (with a third on the way!
