Bible Study Isaiah 40:1-5, 25-26, 29-31. Key Verse: Isaiah 40:29. God is the all-powerful Creator, and He cares for creation. Objectives: 1) That we will understand God's promise of hope and care to the Israelis and to all people. 2) To remember to remain hopeful despite the situations and circumstances you might encounter. 3) To hope in God. 4) To begin to understand that delay of blessings is not denial of blessings. 5) That we will be reminded that when we seek God, weariness and despair can subside, because there is even power in waiting for God to manifest Himself. Questions: 1) Why was comfort to be spoken to the people of Jerusalem? 2) To what is renewed strength from God compared? Take a few moments to recognize the power of God in all our lives.
